Area Reference

We've been with Virgin Media for a few months now; no paper bill is sent through the post. It's all direct debit and I'm wanting to check the bill online but upon registering, I'm being asked for an Area reference which I have no idea of. Can anyone help me please? I live in Leeds, LS14 6SL.

your area reference is usualy on your Summary page just after you have logged in, it should have your account number just underneath it too usualy in Red writing if I rember rightly. hope this helps

This is not even for logging in, it's needed to register. So basically, I can't register without it but I will check if I can find any letter from Virgin. Thank you for replying.
