Area Reference - New customer

I'm a new customer moving into the SG6 3HR area. I want to know the area reference to setup my online account. But I cannot find it anywhere. Can someone help me?

Hello,

Thank you for your help. I think I managed to setup my account but I was not able get past the "provide password" page as I was continuously getting the error that "I cannot use that password". I got an email asking me to setup my account however and I provided answers to a security question. Now I am trying to login into my account with "forgot my password" but I am unable to do so. Can you help me regarding this?
