Hi, I’ve moved house within the last fortnight. Virgin closed my old account and connected me up with a new virgin box, but gave me no welcome pack. All I have is my account no but I don’t know what the area reference code is to reregister. Could somebody please help me at least with the area reference code. Thank you very much.
