On our wavelength

I have an appointment booked for the 4th June due to the switchover, and this is showing online in my account.  However, when I access appointments in the My Virgin Media App it says that I have no appointments booked.  Can't understand this, as I definitely do have one booked.  Could someone explain why I am not seeing the appointment in the app, as if I need to change it for any reason, this can only be done in the app and not online?  Thanks
