Anyone else had there 1Gb package Removed?

3 months into my contract on Volt and I've been told that 1Gb isn't available and they changed my contract and dropped me to m600 as this happened to anyone else or just me ?

I'm so sorry to hear that this has happened to your account. 

Can I just check, did you previously have 1Gig and this has now moved or did the speed upgrade only take you to 600mbps?

No i had a new contract. i had 1gb for 3 months.

I had some issue with my billing (overcharged me) they downgraded me without my permission. 

When they corrected the payment they said they had to remove my 1gb Package and that i wont be able to get it back yet.
