Any discounts available??

Is anyone at Virgin able to help?? From next month I will be paying the equivalent of £56 a month for 100mb broadband, line rental and anytime calls...have been with Virgin since 2003. Please this is too much...but shot myself in the foot by paying line rental up front (6 months to go!!). HELP

call retentions and see what they offer for signing up for another contract.

If they can't offer something you are happy with you might have to decide if its cheaper to leave losing the remaining of the LRS

I just want what I have at the moment but at a more reasonable price (it was equivalent £39.50 before the discount dropped off, and I thought that was bad enough!!)

Like me, you will probably have to suck it up for a few months until the LRS expires (mine goes in September).

You could reduce broadband speed and remove anytime calls, but the former will probably save you £5 and the latter will cost you if your household is anything like mine.  Do you have TV?  If so, you should reduce that to player TV if you haven't done so already.

And you can make those changes without having to sign a new contract.

I am down to equivalent of £47/month with 50mb broadband, player TV and anytime calls and £7/month discount.  I could shave another £8 off if everyone just used their mobile, but not sure how you can get much lower than that. Though some may have bigger discounts.
