Answer the phone

Does anybody ever answer the phone at VM. Been trying for over an hour and a half, web chat does not work. Pathetic service levels.

I hope Virgin as a company offers better service to any patients who have the misfortune to be treated by them through Virgin Health. Been on hold for basically two hours now and will now definitely leave.

Virgin Media just lease the Virgin brand name from Branson. Other than sharing a name It doesn't have any connection to the other Virgin branded companies.
