I wanted to talk to someone about the Sky Movies offer I have/had on my account, as it expires this month - but I find I've been charged the "full" price for it already, before I've had a chance to call anyone (as the call centres are closed)
I wanted to speak to someone about my options for the add-on - do I need to wait for live chat? (as it's closed on Saturday?) - or just hold on in a phone queue?
