I have started on a Virgin m100 fibre broadband contract on the 8th December and I would like to know when and how I am supposed to receive the Amazon vouchers in the amount of 75 £.

If you took up this offer via VM and not through a third a party then the following link should help

If it was via Giftcloud or broadband chocies then the following applies
You need to contact the Decision Technologies Support Team at
customer.services@broadbandchoices.co.uk
and quote the following:
1.your purchase date,
2. the product/package purchased
3. Order ref. WS[and 7 numbers]
4. If you have a link to the T&C (not required)

The purchase was direct through Virgin Media's website, so I guess the solution is to wait a further 14 days for the vouchers delivery.
