Amazon vouchers

We are due £80 of Amazon vouchers but we don't seem to have received anything. We joined about 6 months ago, what can we do?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us although we are sorry to hear you've not received your vouchers. 

Did you join directly through Virgin Media or was it via a different website / store? 

The reason I ask is because we're unaware of any vouchers for the amount you've stated. 

Have a look at your Virgin Media Order confirmation. Is the vouchers mentioned there?

Hi Kath,

We found the deal using uswitch,  but there is nothing on our Virgin order, stating this.

Thanks for coming back to me on this. 

With uswitch deals, this would be something extra they've offered and not a promotion ran by us. 

In order to get this sorted, you would need to contact them directly Smiley Happy
