Hi Eimeargildernew,

Thanks for your post and welcome back to the community.

Can I ask regarding this, was the link directed through our webpage or through a 3rd party?

Let us know,

Kain

Hi @Eimeargildernew

According to a post by a fellow customer earlier today

"this is the address - it always bounces back  customer.services@broadbandchoices.co.uk "

I suggest trying the following

vouchers@broadbandchoices.co.uk

You will need to quote the following:

1.your purchase date,

2. the product/package purchased

3. Order ref. WS [and 7 numbers] or CH (and 10 numbers)

Please update the thread .

Hi it was the web page

It was the virgin web page

Thanks for coming back to us @Eimeargildernew.

When you signed up for the services, the awarding of the voucher would have issued you with the terms and conditions. Within that E-Mail the terms and conditions should advise who to speak to in relation to the awarding of the voucher.

Sadly in this case, this is not something we can award as this doesn't come from Virgin Media.

Kindest regards,
