Hi,
I signed up for Virgin Media via Broadbandchoices.co.uk and was supposed to receive a £100 Amazon voucher as part of the deal. I waited more than the 120 days but had no contact regarding the vouchers. I have added giftcloud to my list of contacts and checked my spam but have had nothing yet. I have contacted broadbandchoices on the recommend email twice but had no reply. I have also contacted their customer services and also giftcloud themselves but no one has replied.
Does anyone know how to claim the vouchers or who to complain to?
Cheers,
Steve

Hi Steve,
Customers that signed up for amazon voucher offers via either Giftcloud or broadband choices should contact the Decision Technologies Support Team at
customer.services@broadbandchoices.co.uk
and quote the following:
1.your purchase date,
2. the product/package purchased
3. Order ref. WS[and 7 numbers]
4. If you have a link to the T&C (not required)

Hi @vm_steve74
Welcome to the community.
Sorry to hear you've not received your amazon voucher yet. As the deal you accepted is from a 3rd party, we would not be able to support on this. It would be up to the 3rd party company to deliver any gift/vouchers that they offer with their deals.
Hopefully you'll be able to get this resolved soon.

I have already followed those steps but by pure luck they have finally answered my email. Thanks for the replies anyway.

Has anyone ever received these Amazon Vouchers from Broadband Choices?
Virgin should be held accountable if this is not happening.
