Amazon prime voucher

Hi i joined virgin media in decamber 2021 with a offer which included an £75 voucher for amazon.  (This offer was from virgin and not a 3rd party) they said it could take up to 120 day to come through,  this has passed and need help how i go about raising this issue please

I am sorry to hear you've not received the vouchers.

This wouldn't be from us as we've never offered Amazon vouchers so it would be a 3rd party offer. 

Please check your order confirmation as it should show who it was from, then contact them directly who will sort this out.
