I've merged your posts together and moved them to the Manage  your account forum as VM staff seldom look in the Chatter Forum.

A member of the Forum team may pick this up for you in a day or two but they will need to know if you've checked your spam and junk mail folders.

Also did you sign up to VM via a third party website such as giftcloud, broadband choices or compare the market ?

Sorry to hear you're waiting on a voucher, can you confirm if it has been over 90 days since you signed up, as this is usually the time frame for vouchers being distributed?

 

If so, can you confirm if you've checked your spam folders as newapollo has suggested?
