Amazon Voucher

Like many others on this forum it appears I have been having the same issue. I was due to receive a £50 Amazon Voucher on sign up but I haven't heard anything since? I have checked my spam but I am not sure when I am even meant to be looking out for the voucher. Is there anywhere I can check for updates?
