Good morning,
I signed up in June for the following offer:
Broadband only - M100 + Free setup + £50 Amazon Voucher
It was through our local virgin representative. I still haven't received the voucher. Could anyone please advise what needs to done? Thanks.

Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you've not received your voucher.
Can I ask, how did you sign up to us, direct or through a third party? The reason I ask, is with those vouchers, it's normally third party offers and they are sent 120 days after install.
If not received within that timescale, then you'd contact them directly.
