Amazon Gift Voucher not received

Hi,

I purchased a Virgin Media M100 Fibre plan on 05/09/2020 but have not received the £75.00 Amazon Voucher. I was wondering if anyone would be able to follow this up as it has now been 120 days since I purchased the contract. I have the confirmation email with subject "An Update on your Gift".

I have looked into this further and submitted a form to our team to have this looked into and investigated as to why you haven't yet got your vouchers. 

 

I will be in touch with an update once the team has looked into this for me.

Hi I looked this up for you and all I found was this " 

To all the people that signed up between 17/08/20 - 05/09/2020 for the M100 Broadband only plan through the Gift Card offer link and waiting for the £75 voucher, The email states that you'll be contacted after 120 days of service. so that's aprox 4 month's from sign up date. Also the email to look out for is from no-reply@giftcloud.com.."

Hope this puts some minds at ease..

Did you sign up directly with ourselves or was this via a third party site?

 

The email that you received was that from Virgin Media?

Hi Steven,

I purchased the broadband contract through the Virgin Media website but I believe I was redirected to complete an online form for the Gift Voucher.

The email I received with the subject "An Update on your gift" was from Virgin Media with email address no-reply@giftcloud.com.
