Agreed contract price raised again.

Hi all, I posted at end of November / start of December regarding VM charging more than the price I had agreed with retentions. Eventually Gareth L from this forum kindly sorted it out for me (complaint COM 103001719). All well for 2-3 months now I get my March bill and VM are charging me £2 extra above the agreed £61 until September 2019. I wonder if anybody could look into why my charges have gone wrong again. I do feel the words and numbers on VM contracts are almost meaningless.

I'm sorry to hear that your billing details have now changed, and I can appreciate you're keen to get this looked in to.

 

Have you checked your bill to see what the charge is for? Compared to your previous bill?

 

If there were any discounts on previous bills, then an end date will also be listed. Can you check for this?

Hi Katie

Do you have any further info on this.  As I mentioned I spoke to Gareth L at the start of December and on 3/12/18 he assured me the initial issue was sorted and that I would be paying £61 until September 2019.
