Hi all, I posted at end of November / start of December regarding VM charging more than the price I had agreed with retentions. Eventually Gareth L from this forum kindly sorted it out for me (complaint COM 103001719). All well for 2-3 months now I get my March bill and VM are charging me £2 extra above the agreed £61 until September 2019. I wonder if anybody could look into why my charges have gone wrong again. I do feel the words and numbers on VM contracts are almost meaningless.
Do you have any further info on this. As I mentioned I spoke to Gareth L at the start of December and on 3/12/18 he assured me the initial issue was sorted and that I would be paying £61 until September 2019.
