Again - cannot log in to VM account

This was fixed for me in December but now if I try to log in from iPhone I can’t - something to do with the recaptcha see pic- could someone help pls?

Usually the (rare) ReCaptcha connection issue corrects itself. Is that the case here?

Yes and no - not on my phone but ok on the PC now so that will have to do!

Should you still wish to resolve the issue try opening a Private tab on your phone to see if the problem persists and if not then consider whether it is appropriate to clear the browser data cache by either selecting:

  • Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
  • Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then search for virginmedia and swipe left on each result to delete. Repeat the process for google
