Hi,
We have an additional box in our son's room but he tells us he watches Disney+, Netflix etc via his PS4.
Does this mean we can remove the Virgin box cost from our account?
if so, what are the costs etc, we have only recently renegotiated our contract.
Thanks

Possibly, unless your bundle (and its associated discounts) is dependent on having multiple boxes.
Can you screenshot your latest contract (remove any personal information) so that we can identify whether you can?
If you are within 14 days of your new contract, you can, of course, renegotiate without the extra box.

Hi Cazbarfeatures,
I'm just responding publicly first as Lee is currently out of office so I've assigned this to myself for an update.
I've dropped you a PM to discuss further.
