I have recently re-joined VM after a 4 year hiatus and would like my significant other to have a user profile under my account, however the e-mail address we used last time round is unavailable - I suspect it is linked to my previous VM account.
Please could someone advise if it is possible to have their e-mail address reassigned to my new account?
Grateful for any help.

Hi thereinaminute,
Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, when an account is cancelled we advise you may lose the email within 90 days of cancelling and this will not be available, as you can create up to 10 Emails I advise setting one up for her, you can find out how to do this here.
