Adding wife to account

Hi I am a sole account holder for our TV broadband and  home phone. However just in case anything happens to me I want to add my wife as a joint account holder. How do i do this. Is it possible to do online from my account?

Hi dcirulis,

Thank you for your post. 

As Ernie_C has advised we are unable to have 2 named account holders. 

If an account does pass away or is no longer able to act as account holder. We have a dedicated team that can help to move the account over to another name.
