If you mean to add an email address can look at https://help.virginmedia.com/system/templates/selfservice/vm/help/customer/locale/en-GB/portal/20030...

If isn't that could you expand on what your trying to achieve

Hi Kath,

Please could you tell me how I add an additional virgin media account to an existing online portfolio. The service is up and running, I just need to be able to access the new account online, along with my other accounts. There used to be an option to add an account on the website, but it appears to have disappeared.

Hi Johanna, 

Thanks for coming back to us on this. 

You're not able to manage different service accounts under the same email. Each service at an address has it's own account number so you would need to have a separate account registered. 

The Manage my accounts tab is for the email addresses associated with any one account.
