As an existing customer I contacted virgin via online chat to review my package. I managed to get a higher speed and upgraded box for £65 per month on a 12 month contract. I negotiated to have the £25 activation fee credited back to my account but paying the £5 postage
Once the contract came the activation fee was added again!
When calling to speak to customer services they have no record. Luckily for me I have an email of the chat transcript, but nowhere to send it as everyone wants to pass me on to the chat team..who aren't available!!. Pretty frustrating as I know what was agreed but it appears unable to talk to the right department. So far I have spent 3 hours of my time talking to virgin without any resolution. Help
