I signed upto VM last month on a package which had £0 activation. I have now received my first bill and it shows a £35 charge for activation. Why has this been added when my package even now if I sign up as new customer shows £0 activation?
How do I challenge this?

I am sorry to hear you've been charged an activation fee.
Can you confirm if you have your original order confirmation which shows the free activation on there?
