Due to an error with banking my account wasn’t paid and it was suspended. I have no issue with that. I have paid to have it reinstated but it still shows as suspended and my services are unavailable. I know it can a take a couple of hours to reinstate the services but 9+ hours? I’ve tried live chat but that’s pointless. I can’t call as I’m at work. My husband is at home with no internet access to do his work. Can anyone from the VM team help?

Hi there @Mark1871, welcome back to our forum and thanks for your post.
When an account has been suspended due to a non payment it can take 12-24 hours to be reinstated after a payment has been made. If your services still do not work after this time please let me know so this can be checked further.
