Hi,
I'm a new customer, and I did not received any bills or my customer number to create an account with you.
Help chat is impossible to find, and phone is just a spotify without choose of music...
I'm trying to get access to my account and change parental control settings.
Unfortunately as most of your customers I have less than 10 years and need some additional care and restrictions...
Thanks, please can you help me to get my customer number and remove parental lock?
