How can I find my account no? I cannot find any paper bills or correspondence from virgin and can no longer access my old email address. Is it possible for my account no. to be sent to my address many thanks.

Check out the purple envelope in the top right hand corner for me and I'll seek to pass data protection with you

Once this has been completed, I can seek to send you a bill and/or a copy of the contract you've signed up for - both of which will contain your account number
