Account mess

Lodged complaint 10 days ago nothing back !! Had email to say virgin would respond in 7 days.

That's a joke

I had agreed to pay £67.25 but now Virgin ere trying to charge £77.?? a month.. disgusting.

Hi Kaz

I had an email on 16/1/19 stating the team would get back to me within 7 days.

15 days have now passed & no word from them, most frustating !!

I have been on chat line & explained the problem, the person did confirm my new monthly contract is £67.25 but I now need to set up a new D/D & pay.

Until I hear from the complaints team I'm very reluctant to do this, what a way to treat a very old customer even going back to N T L World days me.

Online contract has not been updated either

Not heard a thing from anyone,about to move this complaint on unless you can help?

Had a ridiculus bill come through, I've paid £67.25 + phone call charges but not paying anymore until this is sorted,I'll give you a little time to sort but on verge of looking to cancel my Virgin media services & look elsewhere

Can't believe the wall of silence on this issue which I think could be sorted with a call from someone I can understand
