So with a little bit of context to maybe help get this issue fixed.
My Dad passed away a few weeks ago, so we had the internet cancelled and put in my name instead. But all the emails and bills have always gone to my email address since my parents were never great with ringing up and understanding the terminology. So normally when I logged in it was my Dads account details. When I log in now it says I'm no longer a customer and that my info will be deleted in 90 days, customer support told me it might take 5 days for the website to update the info but it has now been a month.
