Account holder in poor health

Good Evening All,

I’m looking for abit of advice and assistance if possible.

My grandfather is currently in poor health and has been in hospital for 6 months now. Due to poor health and very slight dementia kicking in also, it isn’t helping things.

I am currently looking to contact Virgin media to make some amendments to my Grandfathers account. I have information on the account such as acc number, area ref and the login to the online portal where I can make upgrades to the account via the website directly. I would like to talk to someone rather than just making changes to the account via the website.

I just tried to call up on my Grandads behalf to talk to a representative, However I was told that I need the password for the account (which is different to the digital account login, that I have now) So I couldn’t make any progress.

I’ve spoken to my Grandad today to see if he remembers but unfortunately, he can’t remember alot these days.

Can anyone give me some advice on this matter?
