I used to be a customer at a previous address, with access to my online account.
When I changed address and had to re-sign up to Virgin, it changed my account number.
My email is the same for both (and therefore my username)
I cannot now sign up for account access, it just keeps taking me to the old account which is no longer active.
Please can you suggest a workaround?
