Account Registering Error Codes DEF01 & API03

Hi

 

I am trying to register my VM account but keeping receiving the following error codes DEF01 and API03 for the last few days. I have tried all the fixes mentioned in previous posts regarding these error codes but they have not helped.

 

Please can some advise on how to get this sorted as it is becoming rather frustrating.
