I am a new member, and I have not received my account details, so cannot login (or register) on My Virgin Media. What hoops do I have to jump to get this. According to VM, they have sent 2 emails, but not one received. Yet I was able to register on this forum today and got the email confirming this almost immediately. I suspect the the useless salesman, who took my order didn't enter the correct email address, and surprise he does not answer my phone calls to him.
No, due to be installed later this month. Have the same problem with my SIM. I think the problem has been caused by the salesman not entering the correct details. Not had anything through in the post either, just a SIM, but no account details.
