Hi,
We are experiencing the same issue. We setup an account in August, and haven't received a welcome email or bill, just a direct debit, so have no account number and need to set up an account to confirm a voucher we received on signing up (as well as update settings on account)
No emails received in spam either

Can I just apologise for the issues you have had not receiving any details.
It may be that we have got the wrong email set up.
Its easy to fix from here though.
I will need to ask some alternative security questions.
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
