Hi, I have been with virgin broadband for a few months now. Today I tried to log on to my account for the first time.
When I type in my account number and my surname it is saying that my account can't be found. I am definitely using the correct account number that is written in all the emails I've been sent.
This is very annoying because I'm unable to log on and manage my services

I am sorry to hear you have been having issues trying to register, have you tried adding a 0 before your account number to see if this will accept it?
Could you post a screenshot if you are still having issues so we can see the error you are receiving )please ensure all personal data is removed)
