Accidently paid twice

Hello I got a new debit card and paid the virgin media bill, but I have been charged again at the end of the month, I have already paid. Is there a way to get my money back from the first payment please?

I notice you already have a post regarding paying twice in the mobile account forum.

Is this post regarding apyment for the mobile sim? Or do you also have a  media account for TV, broadband/ landline?

Hello, sorry its not for a mobile, its my virgin media broadband, I paid the £57, but have been billed again for another £57 hopefully It can be refunded
