Accidentally ordered wrong order

Hi,

I accidentally ordered two orders when signing up for broadband, one of which was the M100 and the other was the M200. Is it possible to cancel the M100 order?

I am not in the UK currently and cannot make any international calls, is there any way I can cancel the order before I am charged?

Yes, both orders are for the same address.

I have accidentally confirmed both contracts yes.
