Accessing my bills section on the website

Hi

I have been trying to access the “my bills” section for a while now and this information shows up all the time ‘there is a technical hitch and we can’t view your bills right now, try again later’. So I’ve tried for a few days now and it’s not working and I got 2 different bills now and can’t see anything. The Virgin Media messaging service takes all my information then says they can’t help me. I can’t make a phone call as I am currently outside the UK and won’t be back for a while. 

I have no clue on what to do.

really hoping someone would be able to help!

Both my laptop any my phone. On my laptop google chrome and safari and on my phone safari and chrome as well..

Right I see. Is this for a Mobile or Media online account?
