I don't know where to even begin with this one. In January 2017 I received a larger bill than usual so I disputed it. I then e-mailed Virgin Media on four separate occasions, I rang them several times and was told the complaint was waiting to be assigned to someone and then nothing. Five months of absolute nothing (and having my services disconnected)!
Thanks for the reply but I won't be needing your help. After 5 months of nothing I took the matter to CISAS who have adjudicated in my favour. Just wish ADR team at VM could accept their decision with grace.
