£85 Bill Credit

When I signed up to Virgin Media via a Virgin Media salesman I was advised that £85 credit would be applied to my account.

The credit does appear to be showing however I have been charged today the full bill amount (which is £85)

Is this correct? Will the credit mean that the next few bills wont be charged?

Thanks

Hi @bubbleshock

Thanks for posting on our community forum and a big warm welcome with this being your first post on our community forum.

If the bill credit has been applied then this will certainly be subtracted from your forthcoming bills, if your bill was £25.00 for example then you wouldn't pay for a few months as the credit is subtracted each time 🙂
