80011 Message not delivered.

Hi, hope this part of the forum is the right place more or less. 

We’ve just had fibre installed in our area and I’m trying to text my details to the number on the Virgin flyer. It tells me message is undelivered.

We're sorry to hear the message isn't delivering. 

If you are trying to sign up to Virgin Media then you can speak directly to the Sales team on 0800 183 1234. They will be able to discuss package with you.
