Hi, like many others, the £50 referral credit has not been applied to my account.
I am a new customer, my installation was completed in early October. The account was set up via an email saying "Join us through the link below, and once we've installed your services we'll pop your £50 credit onto your bill".
My first response to realising the credit had not been applied was to use the webchat on the Virgin website but got the message "Sorry the team is currently unavailable". I then phoned Customer Services who said there was no record of the referral. They told me to use the webchat so I could send a screenshot of the email.
I've tried 4 times since then and every time the webchat option is not available.
