Hello, I cancelled my virgin media package and after a number of weeks I received an email for a package costing £44 called the bigger bundle that also says I can keep any additional features on my current package on the 3rd October. I accepted the offer on 10th October because I had 7 days to accept it so I was still within the time frame given.
I then received a confirmation email and I will receive an email saying when my order has been processed.
As no email has been received I wanted to get in touch to get some form of confirmation as I have just received a bill through the post for £110.
