hello

reading all the other posts regarding this matter I am in a similar situation, I have stayed with virgin on a new deal and the retention team person said to me that I would not be charged the activation fee, his words were " a lot of the customers get angry whe they see it on the first bill but the direct debit goes through without charging that amount" I have my first bill and it does have this activation amount included - should I wait and see or was I shafted by a commission hungry salesperson? I only had verbal assurance

Hi rrich,

I'd be more than happy to check this for you, I'll just need to confirm a few details via Private Message. Please look out for a purple envelope in the top right corner of your screen.

Kind regards,

Laurie
