Hi I am about to finish my contact end of October 2018. I have TV, broadband and landline. I don't really wish to have landline and the TV just broadband but I may only be at my address for next 6 months and will be having major surgery and wit be able to work or pay for several months hence why I cannot have another contract. I'd like to have the broadband 30 day rolling option. Is it possible for existing customers to get this even though my contract ends next month?
If you change contract now it will put you in a new 12 month one.
afaik a new rolling contract is only open to new customers, however it may be worth ringing up and going to the ‘thinking of leaving us’ option and explaining the situation to the UK operators (they will be able to advise better for your situation), if it’s offshore you may as well hang up and try again.
