I have to document how ridiculous it is that I have been in a chat for over 2 hours (now approaching 2 1/2) JUST to move my services to a new property.
Now, I could somewhat understand if most of this discussion was in a queue, but "luckily," only fifty minutes of the conversation were waiting for this agent. Did I want to cancel? No. Did I want to upgrade my services? Yes. Do I want to do either now after conversing with someone seemingly translating every word I say via an abacus? No. It is a complete disregard for your customer's time.
ALL I WANT TO DO IS MOVE MY INTERNET AND UPGRADE THE SERVICES! WHY DOESN'T VIRGIN MEDIA WANT MORE OF MY MONEY!?

Same thing happening to me been messaged and having to reply to the bit for 2 hours. I did think there are any cs just a bot telling you how important you are to virgin. It’s made me so infuriated when I get through in cancelling
