So I’ve been with VM for 18 months and have had no emails or any access to my online account, ever, despite contacting every dept conceivable all of whom have been inept at getting this sorted. When I signed up, whoever registered me used an email address I do not own. I’ve had this escalated numerous times but to no end.

I am so sorry to hear that you're having some problems gaining access to your My Virgin Media account. What happens when you attempt to access it exactly? Have you used the 'Forgot your Password' and 'Forgot your Email' links?

Zack, with all due respect, we’ve been at this for 18months. Do you really think this hasn’t been tried?
1, When I click ‘I don’t know my email address’ it asks me for my last name, DOB, account number and area ref. Once I put that in this shows with no email addresses.
2, When I input the incorrect email address VM staff registered as below and then click I don’t have access to my email address.
