Hi @BABARAS

Which third party did you use for the voucher offer?

Amazon gift cards are usually rewards for customers that signed up for amazon voucher offers  via either Giftcloud or broadband choices, as such they should contact the Decision Technologies Support Team at

customer.services@broadbandchoices.co.uk

or if it was via MoneySuperMarket Group then you should contact

vouchers@broadbandchoices.co.uk

and quote the following:

1.your purchase date,

2. the product/package purchased

3. Order ref. WS[and 7 numbers] or CH (and 10 numbers)

4. If you have a link to the T&C (not required)

The contact email address for most voucher schemes seem to vary between @giftcloud and @broadbandchoices, and often have different prefixes

hello,
I sent two emails to vouchers@broadbandchoices.co.uk but got no response. can you help me on what i should do.

Thanks.

Hi BABARAS,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear you're having difficulty getting your Amazon Voucher.

As you're purchased your services through a third party, we have no control over the vouchers I'm afraid as this isn't an offer from us directly.

In one of the emails you have received, it would give the terms and conditions of the voucher there as well as any contact details for if you've not received it. You will need to go back directly through broadband choices.

Many thanks,
