i have join m100 fiber in 24/3/2022, i have wait 120 day , still nothing email to me , what can I do ?

If you joined via a third party company (which it sounds like you did) then you need to contact them as Virginmedia don't handle the vouchers and a direct-VM offer is usually 28-30 days after install you'll receive a link from Edenred. CompareTheMarket etc are 120+ days so you may need to contact whomever you used such as CompareTheMarket/MoneySuperMarket etc.
